Our community features a 172-bed facility with around-the-clock skilled nursing and a comprehensive rehabilitation program — including cardiac, orthopedic, and physical therapy in a bright, well-equipped therapeutic space.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver quality therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, and function. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing their daily lives and promoting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans- Record resident progress and behavior in clinical notes- Maintain therapy supplies and ensure equipment sanitation- Participate in in-service trainings and team meetings- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required:- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program- New York State PTA license- Current CPR/BLS certification- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
