What You’ll Love

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $98,000–$112,000 total annual compensation
    (Hourly pay + tiered incentives + signing bonus or student loan repayment + CEU reimbursement)
  • $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
  • Productivity incentives allowing you to earn up to $2,500 per month

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising PTs
  • Deliver hands-on manual and functional therapy
  • Support pre/post-operative rehab, chronic/acute rehab, sports rehab, and return-to-work programs
  • Collaborate with your clinical team to optimize care
  • Use a modern, streamlined EMR to document, track, and report clinical progress
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program
