We’re seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver personalized, hands-on care. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support patients through their rehabilitation journey—helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Do
âś… Provide physical therapy treatments as outlined in the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
âś… Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
âś… Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist
âś… Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care at home
âś… Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
âś… Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
What We’re Looking For
âś” Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
âś” Active Virginia PTA license & CPR certification
✔ 1–2+ years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred but not required)
âś” Strong communication and interpersonal skills
âś” Ability to work independently while following a plan of care
âś” Compassionate, patient-centered approach
âś” Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) is a plus

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Coaching - this is where we will act as your sales director and guide either the business own and/or sales rep on what they need to do to develop accounts and drive revenue.
