Job: Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time

Location: 139 N Magnolia Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020

Pay Range: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus monthly production incentive (Up to $2,500/month)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

  • Assist with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist
  • Provide high-quality, hands-on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending)
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility: Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists
  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
  • Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions
  • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment
  • Visual & Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments
