Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll be supported by a clinician-led team committed to helping you build confidence, expand your skills, and make a meaningful impact.

Compensation

  • Approximately $122,000–$132,000 total annual compensation
    (Hourly pay + incentives + CEU reimbursement + benefits)
  • Hourly Rate: $36–$42/hr (DOE)
  • Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500

Clinic Overview

Our Vallejo clinic provides comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care with a strong focus on:

This location offers a collaborative atmosphere ideal for both new graduates and experienced PTAs seeking growth and support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision
  • Follow individualized plans of care
  • Document treatment notes in our modern EMR
  • Track patient progress and update plans as needed
  • Support clinicians and collaborate with clinic staff
  • Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehab journey
  • Maintain compliance with state, payer, and federal standards

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program
  • Active (or eligible) California PTA license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
