Salary & Incentives
Competitive base pay
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Total compensation potential: $100,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities
Deliver quality, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Document daily treatment notes and track patient progress
Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and patients to ensure excellent outcomes
Educate and encourage patients as they work toward recovery goals
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Passion for patient care, mentorship, and professional growth
