Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our expanding Pueblo Home Health team. As our Home Health services continue to grow in Pueblo, this is an exciting opportunity to support patients in their homes while helping build and strengthen care in the community.
Position Details
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will play an important role in helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care delivered in the home setting.

Requirements
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program culminating in an associate degree.
· Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.
· Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license.
· Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
· Two years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
· Willing to visit patients throughout Otero and surrounding counties.
