Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 Hourly,

• Assist physical therapists with preparing patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment rooms.
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas as needed.
• Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment according to clinic standards.
• Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory in the therapy department.
• Support front office tasks when needed, including scheduling appointments and answering phones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist therapists with administrative tasks as directed.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Follow all clinic safety, infection control, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a physical therapy clinic, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare careers is highly desirable.
