A hospital outside Butte, Montana is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Rehabilitation Services team! Pay: $45.59 - $60.78 / hourly Physical Therapist Opportunity: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position Primarily outpatient orthopedic setting with inpatient acute care and swing bed responsibilities One-on-one patient care with an average of 8-10 patients per day Continuing education assistance and paid time for course attendance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Perform evidence-based evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other treatment modalities to achieve patient goals Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists in an interdisciplinary setting Treat a diverse patient population across multiple diagnoses and age groups Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress throughout treatment Physical Therapist Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program required Must have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Current Montana Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure required Current BLS certification required Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills preferred The Surrounding Montana Community: World-class opportunities for skiing, fly-fishing, hunting, hiking, and biking Home to the University of Montana Western and an excellent school system Friendly small-town atmosphere with exceptional outdoor recreation and quality of life
