What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll develop and deliver individualized treatment programs designed to help the individuals we serve achieve their highest level of function and independence.

  • Provide medically prescribed physical therapy to individuals experiencing injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions.
  • Evaluate individuals using appropriate physical therapy assessment procedures and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or reduce disability.
  • Monitor progress and complete re-evaluations, adjusting treatment programs as needed.
  • Communicate treatment needs, progress, and recommendations to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical, administrative, and billing documentation.
  • Participate in clinical and program meetings to discuss treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, staff, families, and community resources to ensure coordinated, effective care.
  • Participate as a member of rehabilitation treatment teams and contribute to individualized care planning.
  • Support staff development through in-service training and education as requested.
  • Participate in orientation and training for new staff, individuals served, and PT/PTA students.
  • Prepare service summaries and maintain required daily billing documentation.
  • Supervise PTAs, interns, and students as required.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements, licensure standards, professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational policies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Doctorates Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
  • A commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care.
  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach and dedication to quality.
