
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment with Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital in Hollister, California. This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist with experience working in inpatient and outpatient (IP & OP) settings and who is comfortable providing therapy services within an acute hospital environment.
The assignment is scheduled to begin Sep 17, 2026, for 13 weeks, with the possibility of an extension. The position follows an 8-hour day shift schedule and includes participation in a weekend rotation to cover the acute hospital. Candidates must have a current California license and BLS certification.
