Laurel Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join its Rehab Therapy team in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. This 13-week travel opportunity offers a 5 × 8-hour day shift schedule with a competitive pay rate of $65.00/hour The selected Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress toward functional goals while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to float between Hertford and Windsor, North Carolina, as needed. Candidates should have prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience, an active North Carolina state PT license, and current BLS certification The clinician should be comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with other members of the rehabilitation and healthcare teams. This position is well suited for a PT seeking a travel assignment with a consistent day-shift schedule and the opportunity to provide patient-centered rehabilitation care across multiple locations.
