Physical Therapist (PT)

Alhambra and Arcadia | $40–$50/hour | 1099

Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide in-person care to patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and individualized care plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with facility staff and the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience with geriatric, medically complex, or chronic-care patients preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits

Position Details

• Pay: $40–$50/hour
• Schedule: Flexible
• Setting: Assisted Living Facilities
• Employment: 1099 Contractor
• Locations: Alhambra and Arcadia, CA

Availability Needed: 30-32 hours/Week

• Alhambra
  • 20 Hours/Week: 2-10 hour shifts OR 4-5 hour shifts (Not on Fridays)
• Arcadia:
  • 12 Hours/Week: 2-6 hour Shifts (Not on Mondays)
