Physical Therapist
Full-Time| Dual-Site
Mansfield, MA & Randolph, MA

Make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll support students across our Mansfield and Randolph Schools, working alongside dedicated teams to enhance independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support student progress.
• Design and implement functional activities that address students’ physical therapy needs.
• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to IEP evaluations and ongoing student support.

What You Bring
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure: Valid MA Physical Therapy license.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, collaboration, and initiative.
• Qualities: Passion for student progress and teamwork.
• Location and Travel: Ability to work at and travel between our Mansfield and Randolph locations. The schedule will be divided between the two schools based on program needs.
