Salary: $120, 000 - $135,000 + (Based on Experience, Including Performance Bonus Potential)

This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants more than a standard staff role — offering input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

Work closely with PTAs and support staff
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Washington PT license (or license-eligible)
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and balance therapy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
