Compensation & Bonuses

Base Salary:
$85,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Up to $1,500 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $98,000 – $113,000 annually, based on consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics

Additional Incentives:
• Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires

• OCS Residency Program available with structured clinical mentorship — no reduction in salary while participating

Structured Mentorship

• PTs within 24 months of graduation receive structured mentorship and clinical development support to help build confidence and grow their clinical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy services
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Track progress and document efficiently using AI-assisted software
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
