Physical Therapist (PT)

Lacamas Creek Post Acute
Full-Time: $40–$55 per hour
PRN: $60–$65 per hour

Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. We’re looking for someone who loves helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on their needs and goals
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and strategies to support continued progress
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate
  • Help create a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
