The Hale Hand Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This unique opportunity allows you to work between our Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locations, providing care to a diverse orthopedic patient population while collaborating with an experienced team of rehabilitation professionals, including Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs).

As a Physical Therapist with The Hale Hand Center, you will:

  • Float between our Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locations
  • Evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting while helping them regain strength, mobility, function, and confidence.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to restore strength, mobility, and function
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and other evidence-based interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians and fellow rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Practice Setting:

  • Outpatient Orthopedics & Physical Medicine
  • In-person care
  • Monday - Friday schedule
  • No weekends
  • Part-time hours
  • Flexible schedule

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
