Your Role:

  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

  • Monitor and track resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

  • Educate and guide residents and their families, offering emotional support and essential information throughout the recovery process.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both residents and colleagues.

  • A team-oriented mindset and a desire to collaborate with others to deliver the highest level of care.
