In-House Therapy Team
As part of our facility-led rehabilitation department, you'll focus on delivering exceptional resident care without the pressures of contract therapy productivity demands.
Collaborative Culture
Work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team of nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and activities professionals dedicated to providing outstanding patient-centered care.
Your Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy services for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Restore mobility, improve strength and balance, reduce fall risk, and maximize independence.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible resident outcomes.
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate.
Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and restorative care techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
