Sentara Therapy Center – Tanglewood Sports

• Comprehensive rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, spine care, postsurgical rehab, and women’s health
• Supportive, multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists guiding patients through every stage of recovery
• Coming June 2026: brand new 5,000 sq. ft. Sports and Orthopedic Therapy Center

Sentara Therapy Center – Albemarle YMCA

• Wide range of therapies for orthopedic, neurological, and post-injury recovery
• Specialty programs including aquatic therapy, concussion rehab, lymphedema care, and diabetes fitness
• Personalized care using advanced manual techniques and performance-focused therapies

Sentara Home Care – Elizabeth City – nationally recognized for exceptional patient care

• In-home rehabilitation serving patients in Elizabeth City and surrounding areas

• Point-based compensation model that offers flexibility, incentives, and accounts for travel time
• Diverse patient population—treat cases with strong rehab potential, including post-CABG, stroke recovery, and joint replacements
• Clinical focus on assessments & supervisory visits rather than routine care, strong PTA support staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical Therapy state license
• BLS Certification
