Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Indialantic location. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to our patients through personalized rehabilitation plans, while fostering an environment of support and growth within the clinic. Compensation Package:

• Up to $95,000 Per Year - Based on Experience
• Health Insurance: Coverage for dental, vision, and life insurance up to 100% for the employee.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Two weeks of flexible PTO annually.
• Holidays: Seven paid federal holidays.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8AM to 6PM and Friday 8AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans for patients in need of physical therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and how to manage them effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure in Florida.
• Previous experience in physical therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of patients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
