Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy (masters or doctoral degree preferred)
One to two years of experience in a clinical setting (experience with elderly or frail populations preferred)
Valid California Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain
CPR certification preferred
Experience in outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing settings
