Location: NovaCare Middle River, MD

Specialties: Orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, and sports medicine

Schedule: 40 Hours

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000

Incentives: Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and Indefinite Student Loan Help

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Middle River, MD, is seeking an additional full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. We maintain a manageable caseload, averaging 10-12 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will work with a diverse population across orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, ACL rehabilitation, and sports medicine, providing an excellent variety and opportunities to grow your clinical expertise.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduate physical therapists Our mentorship program includes hands-on, on-site training, along with access to year-long educational courses, structured development programs, and in-person skills labs designed to build confidence and expand your skills.

Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist in Maryland
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics required
• Previous outpatient experience preferred

We also encourage physical therapists who are interested in developing specialty programs or certifications to further enhance their practice and impact.

Schedule: 40-hour work week comprised of eight-hour days, treating twice a week until 7 PM. The last patient is scheduled an hour prior.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
