Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
Provide skilled, evidence-based interventions tailored to resident goals
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to optimize outcomes
Support residents and families through education and encouragement
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality and compliance standards
