Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics (Full-Time)

  • Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + tiered incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Build strong relationships with patients and your care team
  • Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and pre/post-operative care
  • Use AI-assisted EMR tools to streamline documentation
  • Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions

Glendale/Peoria Clinic Highlights

  • Treats patients of all ages with programs addressing sports injuries, work-related injuries, post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and neurological conditions
  • Offers a broad range of services including aquatic therapy, balance and fall prevention, sports medicine, vestibular rehab, post-op rehab, spine therapy, dry needling, IASTM/Graston, TMJ treatment, motor vehicle injury rehab, and work conditioning
  • Experienced clinicians skilled in orthopedic manual therapy, strength-based rehab, and functional movement correction
  • Convenient extended hours Monday–Friday to support patient access

What You’ll Need

  • Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
  • Active or eligible Arizona PT license
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
