Compensation

• Total Compensation Range: $124,000–$135,000
  (Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + student loan reimbursement)
• Productivity incentives: Up to $2,500/month

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with your clinical team to support optimal outcomes
• Build strong relationships with patients and the community
• Document efficiently using our AI-supported EMR
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active or eligible New Mexico PT license
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
