We are hiring dedicated, full-time Physical Therapists for individual, clinic-based roles across the Bay Area. This is not a float or travel position — you’ll select one clinic as your home base and remain there.

Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 (varies by clinic and starting salary)
Total earning potential: $140,000 - $160,000 + annually based on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Bay Area clinics provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care tailored to each community’s needs. Services may include:
Orthopedic & sports therapy
Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation
Acute & chronic rehab
Pre-/post-operative care
Return-to-sport & return-to-work programs
Spine, TMJ, vestibular & other specialty treatments (clinic-specific)

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehab
Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention
Accurately document care in EMR systems
Participate in clinical mentorship and ongoing education
Collaborate with team members for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active California PT license (or eligible to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for outpatient ortho and patient-centered care
