Physical Therapist- FlexStaff

FlexStaff is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our client’s thriving clinic and elevate patient care to new heights!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, and geriatric concerns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving patient goals and enhancing functional movement.
- Utilize your expertise in manual therapy techniques such as soft-tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and other advanced approaches like IPA, Mckenzie, or Muscle Energy Techniques (MET).
- Apply your knowledge of spinal mechanics, mobilizations, and pelvic dysfunction to restore optimal function.
- Design customized therapeutic exercise programs tailored to each patient’s unique injuries and goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience or continuing education in manual therapy techniques and musculoskeletal pain management.
- A passion for ongoing learning and professional growth—certifications are a plus but not required!
- Strong diagnostic skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Be part of a supportive clinic dedicated to excellence and innovation.
-1 to 2 years’ experience as a licensed PT
- NYS PT License
