The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient orthopedic evaluations and treatments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient goals
  • Deliver high-quality manual and functional therapy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support positive patient outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with patients, teammates, and the local community
  • Utilize a modern, AI-supported EMR system for documentation
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

What You’ll Need

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
