Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation

• Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + incentives + sign-on + CEU reimbursement + loan repayment)
• Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview

Our San Jose clinic delivers personalized outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on:

You’ll collaborate with experienced clinicians in a supportive environment designed for learning, growth, and high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
• Document thoroughly and accurately using our EMR system
• Collaborate with a highly skilled, supportive clinical team
• Build strong patient and community relationships
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active California PT license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hands-on orthopedic care and clinical growth
• New grads and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
