Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + student loan support)

In This Role, You Will

  • Provide personalized, hands-on outpatient physical therapy
  • Develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient’s goals
  • Deliver evidence-based, functional, and manual therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients and community members
  • Document efficiently using cutting-edge EMR tools
  • Maintain all federal, state, and payer compliance requirements

You Bring

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA-accredited program
  • Active (or eligible) New Mexico PT license
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Dry Needling Certification is a plus (not required)
