Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Walnut Creek

At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll have the resources and support to advance clinically while providing exceptional care to your community.

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic & musculoskeletal conditions
  • Build individualized plans of care tailored to each patient
  • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
  • Educate patients and families throughout the rehab process
  • Document care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR
  • Collaborate with an experienced, supportive clinical team
  • Maintain compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active or eligible California PT license
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and delivering high-quality care
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
