Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

About the Clinic
Our Main Street location in southern Colorado Springs is well known for its strong orthopedic and manual therapy focus. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, including a Certified Fellow of Manual Therapy, in a supportive and collaborative environment that emphasizes hands-on care, mentorship, and continual learning.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs
Educate patients and families on recovery & prevention
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain thorough documentation in EMR
Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing CE
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
