Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

About the Clinic

Our Main Street location in southern Colorado Springs is well known for its strong orthopedic and manual therapy focus. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, including a Certified Fellow of Manual Therapy, in a supportive and collaborative environment that emphasizes hands-on care, mentorship, and continual learning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs

  • Educate patients and families on recovery & prevention

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain thorough documentation in EMR

  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing CE

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

  • Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • New grads are encouraged to apply!
