Hospitality Health ER is partnering with PT & Chiro Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Longview, TX This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential.
Our integrated model combines physical therapy and chiropractic care to provide comprehensive treatment for:
- Orthopedic & extremity injuries
- Spine conditions
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Pain management
- Soft tissue recovery
You will treat a diverse and steady patient caseload alongside a collaborative team of providers — with the opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and financially.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff
- Refer patients to appropriate providers when indicated
- Serve as a clinical leader for staff and within the community

Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure
