Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Deliver physical therapy services that align with the established plan of care, collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team.
• Treatment Administration Adhere to the prescribed plan of care, administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and communicate any significant changes in condition to the Case Manager.
• Accurate Charting Ensure timely and accurate online charting using Kinnser software on devices provided by the company.
• Supervision Provide oversight and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required.

Qualifications:

• Licensing Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License to practice in California.
