Central Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality care to patients. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in improving mobility and quality of life. Essential Functions-Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, identifying impairments, limitations, and functional goals-Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs, incorporating both short- and long-term goals-Provide hands-on treatments such as exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function-Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes-Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-care and prevention of further injury-Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care-Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and Central Health standards-Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices-Implement and uphold department policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies regarding physical therapy practice-Foster strong communication channels between physical therapy team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care-Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master's Degree (higher degree accepted) in Physical Therapy (MPT)
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Doctoral or Professional Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
REQUIRED LICENSE: Unrestricted License for Physical Therapy
