Physical Therapist in Sonora - CA
Outpatient clinic in Sonora, California is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join their patient-focused rehab team. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative setting where quality of care and patient outcomes come first.
You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, assistants, and other rehab staff to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Qualifications:
DPT or MPT from an accredited program
Active California PT license (or eligibility)
Experience in outpatient ortho or neuro preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills
