職務目的(Role Purpose)
当社では日本におけるテストラボの再構築を進めており、電子制御トルクマネジメントシステム(例 ETM)および 四輪駆動システム(リミテッドスリップデファレンシャル=LSD、電子制御デフロック等など)の検証業務を行う、意欲的なテストエンジニアまたはテストテクニシャンを募集しています。
本ポジションは、技術的バックグラウンドを持ち、 実践的かつ体系的なテスト環境でスキルを成長させたい方に最適です。
英語力や長年の業界経験は 必須ではありませんが、お持ちの方は歓迎します。

Department & Role Engineering Operations – Physical Test / Role Title: Test Engineer
Role Purpose
We re-structure our test laboratory in Japan and are looking for motivated Test Engineers or Test Technicians to support validation of electronic torque management systems (ETM) and all‑wheel drive systems (Differentials, electronic locking devices...)
This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who want to grow their skills in a hands‑on, structured test environment. English skills or long industry experience are not mandatory but desirable.
