職務目的（Role Purpose）

当社では日本におけるテストラボの再構築を進めており、電子制御トルクマネジメントシステム（例 ETM）および 四輪駆動システム（リミテッドスリップデファレンシャル＝LSD、電子制御デフロック等など）の検証業務を行う、意欲的なテストエンジニアまたはテストテクニシャンを募集しています。

本ポジションは、技術的バックグラウンドを持ち、 実践的かつ体系的なテスト環境でスキルを成長させたい方に最適です。
英語力や長年の業界経験は 必須ではありませんが、お持ちの方は歓迎します。

主な業務内容（Key Responsibilities）

• ドライブトレイン部品およびシステムに対する関する 物理試験、機能試験、耐久試験の準備・実施・記録
• 試験装置のセットアップ、測定機器・データ取得装置の操作、トラブルシューティング時のエンジニア支援
• 部品サプライヤーおよび外部試験機関との試験関連調整（主なコミュニケーション言語：日本語）
• 製品および試験に関する知識・スキル向上のための社内ワークショップや技術研修への参加
• 定められた試験手順、安全規則、品質基準の遵守ならびに試験ベンチ、工具、設備の予防保全
• 試験手法、業務フロー、業務プロセスの継続的改善への貢献
  

応募資格・経験（Qualifications & Experience）

• 機械系またはメカトロニクス分野の基礎知識を有する技術的バックグラウンド
  ※学位は必須ではありません
• 機械部品、電気機械部品、またはメカトロニクス部品に関する 実務経験2～3年（試験、保守、工場作業など）
• 新しい技術を学び、専門性を広げる意欲が高い方（ 成長志向）
• 日本語ビジネスレベル（JLPT N1～N2相当）
• 日本の普通自動車運転免許を保有していること

Department & Role Engineering Operations – Physical Test / Role Title: Test Engineer

Role Purpose
We re-structure our test laboratory in Japan and are looking for motivated Test Engineers or Test Technicians to support validation of electronic torque management systems (ETM) and all‑wheel drive systems (Differentials, electronic locking devices...)
This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who want to grow their skills in a hands‑on, structured test environment. English skills or long industry experience are not mandatory but desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and document physical, functional, and durability tests on drivetrain components and systems.
• Perform test setups, operate measurement and data‑acquisition equipment, and support engineers during troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate test‑related topics with local suppliers and external test labs (communication primarily in Japanese).
• Participate in internal workshops and technical training sessions to build product and test know‑how and growth
• Follow established test procedures, safety rules, and quality standards; proactively maintain test benches, tools, and equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods, workflows, and laboratory processes.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical background with basic knowledge in mechanical or mechatronic systems (degree not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience working with mechanical, electromechanical, or mechatronic components (test, maintenance, workshop, or similar).
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and expand expertise (“growth mindset”).
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1–N2).
• Valid Japanese driver’s license
