Position Title: Physical Security Specialist
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
U.S. Citizenship required

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking for a Physical Security Specialist to support facility accreditation, access control procedures, secure area management, physical security inspections, visitor management, and coordination of facility security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accreditation and re-accreditation of secure facilities (e.g., SCIFs) in accordance with ICD 705 and related technical specifications.

• Administer physical access control systems and procedures for secure areas, including badge/access issuance and management.

• Conduct physical security inspections, self-assessments, and TSCM-related compliance checks of secure facilities.

• Support visitor management processes for secure facilities, including access verification and escort coordination.

• Develop, update, and maintain facility security SOPs, floor plans, and accreditation documentation.

• Coordinate facility security requirements with construction, IT, and facilities personnel during build-outs or renovations.

• Support incident response and reporting for physical security violations or facility security discrepancies.

• Assist with security equipment maintenance coordination (alarms, access control systems, CCTV) for secure areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.

• Experience (5+ years) in physical security administration, facility accreditation, or related security operations.

• Working knowledge of ICD 705 and associated technical specifications for SCIF construction and accreditation.

• Experience with physical access control systems and secure facility inspection procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply facility security technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• CI polygraph.

• Experience supporting SAPF (Special Access Program Facility) accreditation.

• Familiarity with TSCM coordination and construction security requirements.
