Global Physical Security | SAP | Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg
You'll own physical security across SAP's Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg locations — offices, labs, events and a heavy focus on Data Centres. Day to day, you'll lead contracted security teams, keep electronic systems (access control, CCTV, intruder detection) running reliably, manage incidents, and drive security improvement projects. Your work directly protects SAP's people, assets, and operations across three countries.
Five skills we will assess at interview: (Office and Data Centres)
You will be part of SAP's Global Physical Security EMEA team — professionals who protect our people and places with expertise, integrity, and purpose. If you think clearly under pressure, communicate confidently, and build genuine trust at every level, this role is for you. Travel within BeNeLux is expected at around 10–20%.
