You will join our team and play a key role in identifying emerging threats and risks to help ensure the safety and security of Barclays colleagues. In this role, you will support incidents by monitoring, tracking, reporting, and escalating critical information to administration and key stakeholders. You will be instrumental in helping prevent and deter potential risks, while also being prepared to respond quickly and effectively if an incident occurs.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Possess a foundation in security operations and control room environments, including access control and monitoring systems
Demonstrate the ability to effectively guide security inquiries and deliver clear, timely reporting to senior stakeholders
Have broad experience across physical security, incident, and security technologies
Exhibit evaluative, documentation, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating urgency, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to achieving team targets

Minimum Salary: $52,000
Maximum Salary: $75,000
