Job Description

Maintains and services work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its associates. Responsibilities include the design, planning, construction, safety and maintenance of grounds and building infrastructure. Including office management activities such as: office space and furniture, central supply, mail, print services, maintenance, records, document production, cafeteria and other services for associates.

Responsible for:
The physical security of the site in regards to protection of assets and personnel.
Monitoring and controlling personnel access into the facility.
Monitoring and reporting the following: event alarms triggered on the access control system and or closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, ID/access badge issue, physical security of the site, and the historical log book.
Responding, evaluating and resolving any event alarms received at the console monitoring station.
Conducting roving patrol inspections of the Broadridge facilities, both external and internal, and notifying the proper Broadridge authority of any issues found to include procedural breaches in security policies.
Keeping the Security Management Team abreast of all security matters and issues as they pertain to the site and performing additional duties as directed.
Able to work from Saturday - Wednesday 2PM-10PM. Shift is subject to change based on coverage and department needs.
Must have flexibility. Must be able to travel and perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School diploma is required with a minimum of three years of experience in the security field (Military and/or Law Enforcement experience or the recommendation of the hiring manger can be substituted for "security field" experience). Ability to communicate orally in a clear and professional manner. Must be able to write in an effective, clear and concise manner. Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy is required. Journeyman ability to use personal computer, including, but not limited to, an intermediary level of the following: Typing, MS Excel and MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS TEAMS is required. CPR qualified preferred.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $17.00- $18.00 hourly USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
