Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Athletic Performance & Sports Science, in this role you will:

  • Provide a high level of expertise regarding the physical preparation for Cricket NSW players supporting the CNSW Pathway programs and the Sydney Sixers Women’s BBL team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of key technology and innovation projects to
    help reduce injury rates and improve performance
  • Implement worlds best evidence based, physical performance training, programming, testing and recovery practices
  • Oversee the NSW Breakers rehab program

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelors Degree in Sport / Exercise Science
  • Level 2 ASCA or equivalent certification
  • Previous experience working with elite sporting teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
