Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global leader in revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for healthcare organizations in their search for a PHRN Team Leadbased in Ortigas, Manila

Salary Range up to ₱60,000 depending on experience

Signing Bonus: Up to ₱50,000

Work Setup Onsite

Shift Schedule Night Shift (Mon-Fri, fixed weekends off)

Location Ortigas, Pasig City

The role

As a PHRN Team Lead, you will oversee and guide a team of healthcare professionals to ensure operational excellence and accurate clinical operations. This role is key in maintaining compliance, driving team performance, and mentoring staff, offering a rewarding opportunity for experienced PHRNs to take the next step in leadership within a global healthcare services environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of PHRN professionals to consistently exceed performance targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare protocols, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Track and analyze team KPIs, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalations, quality assurance, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and enhance service delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Minimum of at least 3 years of Team Lead experience in a healthcare BPO account.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with a proven ability to drive team results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
• Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule.
