Job Description

Responsibilities

• Writing clear, modular and maintainable code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile and analyze bottlenecks
• Design performs, robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients
• Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud
• Optimization of web applications for performance and scalability with low latency.

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree in Quantitive or Technical field is preferred (e.g Mathemetics, Computer Science/Engineering)
• Proficient with PHP
• Experience with a MVC Framework such as Laravel / Symfony
• Confortable with CLI and basic linux administration
• Familiarity with database design
• Familiarity with SQL
• Knowledge about horizontal scalings challenges
• Strong capability of logical thinking

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS or Aliyun is big plus.
• Experience with WordPress or Drupal is a plus
