To support our growth, we are looking for a :

PROJECT DEVELOPER (W/M)

Long term contract - Wiesbaden (Germany)

Your main tasks will be :

  • End-to-end development of open-field PV and Agri-Photovoltaic projects, from concept to construction readiness.

  • Management and coordination of the internal and external processes required for project development

  • Active coordination of all project stakeholders throughout the entire development process: institutions, representatives, residents, landowners, and associations, etc., with the aim of creating true local momentum

  • Coordination between the local business team and the technical team in France

  • Active project management while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
    Submission and follow-up of permit applications (building permits, environmental permits, etc.)

  • Monitoring and analysis of technological and regulatory developments

Expected skills

You have a degree in engineering, a master's degree in energy management, geography, or urban planning, or have gained extensive experience in our industry through other means.

You have at least three years of relevant experience in project management in the field of renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind power, or others).

You are familiar with the administrative and urban planning procedures in this field and have expertise in site assessment.
You are proficient in office communication tools (Office suite) and ideally have knowledge of cartography software (GIS/CAD).

You have strong communication skills with clients, authorities, and planning partners – fluent German and English at a professional level are essential for working in our international company.
