Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly, Automotive Photographer & Digital Merchandising Specialist

Romeo Auto Group is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Automotive Photographer & Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our team!

This position plays an important role in presenting our new and pre-owned inventory professionally and accurately online. You will photograph vehicles, process and upload images, verify inventory details, and help ensure each vehicle is customer-ready across our dealership websites and approved third-party platforms.

Pay Range: $19-$21 per hour

• Photograph new and pre-owned inventory
• Upload and manage vehicle photos online
• Verify VINs, vehicle details, and listings for accuracy
• Ensure vehicles are professionally displayed across inventory platforms
• Maintain photo quality, consistency, and organization
• Work closely with Sales, Service, Reconditioning, and Inventory teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and digital inventory systems
• Photography experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused
