The Role

We are seeking a proactive, high-output Photographer/Videographer & Social Media Creator to join our Marketing Team in Hakuba. In this role, you will act as our primary visual storyteller on the ground in Hakuba. You will be responsible for filling our seasonal media bank, generating high-volume social media content, and representing the Rhythm brand through sharp, clean, and engaging visuals.

Reporting to the Creative Lead remotely, this role requires exceptional self-motivation, strong daily time management, and a high production volume.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

High-Volume Media Bank Production: Proactively plan, shoot, and upload a continuous flow of daily content (raw and edited) to our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system covering products, stores, staff, guests, events, and on-snow action.

On-Brand Social Media Content: Shoot and edit engaging, high-retention video content (Reels/TikToks) tailored specifically to Rhythm’s brand guidelines, tone, and audience.

Autonomous Field Execution: Coordinate daily shoot schedules independently, adapting to weather, snow conditions, and team schedules without needing step-by-step oversight.

Rapid Turnaround Editing: Deliver polished daily/weekly video edits and post-processed stills under fast-turnaround timelines for social channels and paid ads.

Guest & Pro Rider Coordination: Host and manage on-snow shoots with guests of all skill levels, local partners, and pro riders safely and professionally both in-store and on-snow.

What you need to succeed:

  • Genuine passion for photography & videography
  • Reliable and mature to be well organized and well-presented and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to any situation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work long hours and multi task
  • Show initiative, with ability to think on your feet
  • Easily adaptable to changing situations
  • English is a MUST
  • International driver’s license is a MUST
  • Portfolio
  • Experience with social media platform – Facebook, twitter, Instagram
  • Experience with on snow action photography
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Light room) -Fast editing and re-touching
  • Applicants MUST be an experienced Skier/Snowboarder, action snow sports photography skill – include shooting advance riders.
