Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Photo Process Engineer to support photolithography process development and optimization for semiconductor manufacturing. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve process performance, yield, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support photolithography process development, optimization, and monitoring
  • Perform experiments (DOE) and analyze process data to improve yield and reduce defects
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with process integration, device, and manufacturing teams
  • Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication and photolithography process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English
Preferred
  • Internship or project experience in semiconductor processing
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
